This will take your 1903 receiver and build it into a 1903 USMC Scout Sniper.  This includes all parts as well as Gen 2 8x optic from Hi-Lux.  It will also include a new Criterion barrel.  We can do this modification to your drill rifle as well just add $180 and we can remove your old drill barrel and other welds.  Not all drill rifles can be converted but about 95% can.  Cost $2895
